The Pie Room at Rosewood London is a one-stop destination dedicated to one of Britain’s most iconic dishes, spearheaded by Executive Chef, Calum Franklin. 

Tasked with creating a short cinematic documentary, the film delves into the intricacies of perfect pastry and reveals the inspiration behind his spectacular creations. We utilised a mix of classic film and photography techniques to capture Calum and his team in their element as we take the audience on a journey across historic London.
